A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE DEED OF DONATION ENTERED INTO BY CITY MAYOR, HONORABLE ROLEN C. PAULINO WITH THE VICTORY LINER, INC., REPRESENTED BY ITS PRESIDENT AND GENERAL MANAGER, JOHNNY T. HERNANDEZ AS REGARDS TO THE NISSAN BUS DONATED BY THE AFORESAID COMPANY

         

WHEREAS, Olongapo City recognizes that the bus donation from Victory Liner, Inc. will directly aid the City’s developmental thrusts and address a myriad of concerns;

              WHEREAS, the ratification of this act of goodwill and fidelity to the people of Olongapo is but indispensable;

               NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of  City Councilor  Benjamin G. Cajudo II, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

                RESOLVED,  AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED,  by  the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled to  ratify, as it hereby ratifies the deed of donation entered into by City Mayor, Honorable Rolen C. Paulino with the Victory Liner, Inc., represented by its President and General Manager, Johnny T. Hernandez as regards to the Nissan Bus donated by the aforesaid company.

            Let a copy of this Resolution be furnished Mr. Johnny T. Hernandez, President and General Manager, Victory Liner, Inc. for their information and record.
