RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the  Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 15
(Series of 2014)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF NINETY MILLION TWO HUNDRED NINETY ONE THOUSAND PESOS (PHP90,291,000.00) FOR THE  PURCHASE OF MEDICINES AND SUPPLIES AT THE JAMES L.GORDON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL (JLGMH)  PHARMACY AND LABORATORY  AND FOR THE COST OF REPAIR, MAINTENANCE AND/OR REPLACEMENTS OF REVENUE GENERATING EQUIPMENT UNDER THE JAMES L. GORDON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, CHARGEABLE AGAINST THE  SPECIAL ACCOUNT – JAMES L. GORDON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL

            BE  IT  ORDAINED,  BY  THE  SANGGUNIANG   PANLUNGSOD  IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount NINETY MILLION TWO HUNDRED NINETY ONE THOUSAND PESOS (PhP90,291,000.00) is hereby approved for the purchase of medicines and supplies at the James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital (JLGMH) Pharmacy and Laboratory and for the cost of repair, maintenance and/or replacements of revenue generating equipment under the James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital chargeable against the  special account – James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital.

            The budget documents consisting of the following are incorporated herein and made integral part of this Ordinance:

SECTION 4.  Separability Clause.  If, for any reason, any section or provision of this Ordinance is declared invalid or unconstitutional, other sections or provisions thereof which are not affected thereby shall continue to be in full force and effect.

SECTION 5.  Effectivity.  The provisions of this Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
