A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE GORDON COLLEGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES’ RESOLUTION NO. 2, SERIES OF 2015 ENTITLED “A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DR. RAYMUND PINEDA, AS NEW MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF GORDON COLLEGE”

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of Gordon College passed on January 13, 2015 Board Resolution No. 2, Series of 2015 entitled: “A Resolution Accepting Dr. Raymund Pineda as a New Member of the Board of Trustees of Gordon College;”

WHEREAS, Dr. Raymund Pineda is a Doctor of Dental Medicine –General Dental Practitioner;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlungsod deems it proper that Resolution no. 2, Series of 2015 of the Gordon College Board of Trustees is necessary for adoption pursuant to City Resolution No. 70, Series of 2012;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor Benjamin G. Cajudo II co-sponsored by City Councilor Edna A. Elane, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled to adopt, as it hereby adopts the Gordon College Board of Trustees’ Resolution No. 2, Series of 2015 entitled “A Resolution Accepting Dr. Raymund Pineda, As New Member of the Board of Trustees of Gordon College”

RESOLVED FURTHER, AS IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED, that copy of the Gordon College Board of Trustees’ Resolution No. 2, Series of 2015 be made as an integral part of this Resolution.
