A RESOLUTION CONGRATULATING AND RECOGNIZING MS. JENNIFER JAYNE VELA DE JULIO, PRINCIPAL OF BANGAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, FOR BEING AWARDED AS ONE OF THE GSP 75 NATIONAL YOUNG ACHIEVERS

WHEREAS, the Girl Scouts of the Philippines (GSP), a  national movement and association for girls and women, is well-known for their notable contribution in the development of better citizenry and advancement of communities;

WHEREAS, on their 75^th anniversary, the GSP National Headquarters searched for  National Young Achievers who are living testimonies that the Girl Scout Promise and Law can touch lives and make a difference to our country;

WHEREAS, one of the awardees is Ms. Jennifer Jayne V. De Julio, a former teacher of Olongapo City Elementary School and now a principal of Bangal Elementary School. She is also working as a 4Ps (Pantawid Pamilyang PilipinoProgram) and Madrasah (Muslim Education) Coordinator;

WHEREAS, inspired by the GSP, Ms. De Julio joined the Olongapo City Girl Scout Council which gave her the opportunity to have many friends, to work with them and celebrate with them the GSP program;

WHEREAS, Ms. De Julio started in the GSP movement as a Twinkler, Star Scout, Junior Scout and Senior Girl Scout, and now as an Adult Leader who inspires other GSP members to make the best of every  opportunity of learning;

WHEREAS, the City Government of Olongapo is very proud of her achievement as an awardee as one of the GSP 75 National Young Achievers;

NOW, THEREFORE, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to congratulate and recognize, as it hereby congratulates and recognizes Ms. Jennifer Jayne V. De Julio, Principal of Bangal Elementary School, For Being Awarded as One of the GSP 75 National Young Achievers;

Let copies of this resolution be furnished to Ms. Jennifer Jayne V. De Julio and the Girl Scouts of the Philippines Olongapo City Council for their records.
