In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Gregorio A. Manglicmot, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 104 (Series of 2003)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED THIRTY ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (PHP131,950) TO THE ITEM OVERTIME AND NIGHT PAY UNDER PERSONAL SERVICES OF THE OFFICE OF THE CITY ASSESSOR

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of One Hundred Thirty One Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos (PhP131,950.00) is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance or the General Fund, not otherwise appropriated and the same is hereby made available to the item Overtime and Night Pay under Personal Services of the Office of the City Assessor.

SECTION 2. This appropnation Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of the Honorable City Mayor Katherine H. Gordon, dated August 29, 2003, Memoranda dated August 6 & 8, 2003 of Mr Oscar DG Agustin, City Assessor, and the Certificate of Availability of Funds dated September 2, 2003, issued by Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
