In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Gregorio A. Manglicmot, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOL VED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 125 (Series of 2003)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE PESOS (PHP277,325.00) FOR THE PURCHASE OF VARIOUS FACILITIES OF THE OFFICE OF THE CITY COUNCIL, THIS CITY

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Two Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Five Pesos (phP277,325.00) is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance of the General Fund, not otherwise appropriated and the same is hereby made available for the purchase of various facilities of the O'ffice of the City Council, this City to wit:

SECTION 2. This appropnatlOn Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of the Honorable City Mayor Katherine H. Gordon, dated October 15, 2003 and the Certificate of Availability of Funds dated October 22, 2003 issued by Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
