In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Gregorio A. Manglicmot, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 115 (Series of 2003)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF SIX HUNDRED SIXTY SEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS (PHP667,380.00) TO THE ITEM SURVEY EXPENSE UNDER MAINTENANCE AND OTHER OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE OFFICE OF THE CITY ASSESSOR

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Six Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Pesos (PhP667,380.00) is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance of the General Fund, not otherwise appropriated and the same is hereby made available to the item Survey Expense under Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses of the Office of the City Assessor.

SECTION 2. This appropnation Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of the Honorable City Mayor Katherine H. Gordon, dated October 02, 2003, letter of Mr. Oscar DG,. Agustin, City Assessor and the Certificate of Availability of Funds dated October 08, 2003 issued by Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
