ORDINANCE NO. 134 (Series of 2003)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE NECESSARY EXPENSES FOR THE GENERAL FUND BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF OLONGAPO FROM JANUARY 1, 2004 TO DECEMBER 31, 2004

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as "The Local Government Code of 1991" and the provisions of Local Budget Memorandum No. 36 issued by the Department of Budget and Management dated 04 July 2002, which specifically prescribes the guidelines to be observed in the preparation and submission of the Annual Budget for the Calendar Year 2004, the amount of ONE BILLION SIXTY ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED FORTY TWO THOUSAND AND NINE HUNDRED TEN (PhP1,061,542,91O.00) PESOS or so much thereof as may be necessary is hereby appropriated for the General Fund Budget of the City Government of Olongapo; for its Calendar Year 2004 out of the following sources:
