In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Marey Beth D. Marzan, with the majority decision of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 58
(Series of 2005)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF SEVEN MILLION TWO HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT THOUSAND FORTY EIGHT PESOS AND 88/100 (PHP7,298,048.88) CHARGEABLE TO THE PAGCOR FUND TO FUND PRIORITY PROJECTS PER RESOLUTION NO. 78, SERIES OF 2005

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Seven Million Two Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Forty Eight Pesos and 88/100 (PhP7,298,048.88) is hereby appropriated for the city’s priority projects of Olongapo City chargeable against PAGCOR Funds to wit:

SECTION 2. This appropriation Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of Honorable James Gordon, Jr., dated August 31, 2005 and the Certificate of Availability of Funds dated September 13, 2005 issued by Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
