A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING DEEPEST SYMPHATIES AND CONDOLENCES TO THE BEREAVED FAMILY OF EULOGIO SAMSON DOMINGUEZ, FORMER PUROK LEADER, PUROK 6-B2, BRGY. STA. RITA,
OLONGAPO CITY


WHEREAS, Eulogio Samson Dominguez, former Purok Leader, Purok 6-B2, Brgy. Sta. Rita, Olongapo City, died on March 18, 2006;

WHEREAS, Mr. Dominguez, a skilled mechanic served the barangay as Purok Leader in 1984 under the administration of Barangay Captain Gomer Sundiam, Sr.;

WHEREAS, he will always be remembered as a loyal supporter of the administration’s leadership whose dedication and devotion to service are highly commendable;

WHEREAS, the City condoles the bereaved family of Eulogio Samson Dominguez in their moment of grief;

NOW, THEREFORE, upon the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,
