RESOLUTION NO. 59
(Series of 2006)

A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) BETWEEN THE JAMES L. GORDON DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION AND THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF OLONGAPO REGARDING OLONGAPO CENTER FOR ASSISTANCE REHABILITATION AND EMPOWERMENT (OCARE)


WHEREAS, Resolution No. 23, Series of 2006 authorized the City Mayor to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the James L. Gordon Development Foundation, Inc. for and in behalf of Olongapo Center For Assistance Rehabilitation and Empowerment (OCARE);

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to ratify, as it hereby ratifies, the Memorandum Of Agreement (MOA) Between The James L. Gordon Development Foundation And The City Government Of Olongapo Regarding OCARE.

RESOLVED FURTHER, AS IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED, that a signed Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) be made as an integral part of this Resolution.
