RESOLUTION NO. 79

A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE CONTRACT OF AFFILIATION ENTERED INTO BY THE CITY MAYOR, HON. JAMES “BONG” GORDON, JR. WITH THE MONDRIAAN AURA COLLEGE, INC. REGARDING THE TRAINING OF NURSING STUDENTS OF THE LATTER


WHEREAS, Resolution No. 11, Series of 2006 authorized the City Mayor Honorable James Gorodn, Jr. to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement for and in behalf of the Olongapo City Health Department and James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital with Mondriaan Aura College, Inc.;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Marey Beth D. Marzan, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to ratify, as it hereby ratifies the Contract of Affliation entered into by the City Mayor, Hon. James “Bong” Gordon, Jr. with the Mondriaan Aura College, Inc. regarding the training of nursing students of the latter;
