RESOLUTION NO. 80
(Series of 2006)

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MAYOR
TO ACCEPT DONATIONS FROM THE SUBIC BAY METROPOLITAN AUTHORITY (SBMA)


WHEREAS, Olongapo City reaps the rippling benefits of its steadfast partnership with the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) in various undertakings;

WHEREAS, the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod deem it best to authorize the City Mayor to accept donations on the part of the SBMA that can all be used for worthwhile City projects and programs;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to authorize, as it hereby authorizes the City Mayor to accept donations from the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA);

Let copies of this Resolution be furnished the Chairman and Administrator of the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority for their information and guidance.
