In the interest of the public service and on motion of Councilor John Carlos G. Delos Reyes, with the majority decision of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 20
(Series of 2006)

AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING A PARKING FEE OF TEN PESOS (PHP10.00) AT THE OLONGAPO CITY MALL


BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The parking fee imposed at Section B. of item XX. Parking under the House Rules and Regulations of the Olongapo City Mall be set at ten pesos (Php10.00).


SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect after public hearing and postings in three conspicuous places in the City Hall have been complied with
