In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:


ORDINANCE NO. 49
(Series of 2006)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP50,000.00) TO THE ITEM IT EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE UNDER
CAPITAL OUTLAY OF THE OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR


BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP50,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance of the General Fund not otherwise appropriated and the same is hereby made available to the item IT Equipment and Software under Capital Outlay of the Office of the City Mayor.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr., dated 14 September 2006, letter of Honorable Cynthia G. Cajudo dated July 20, 2006 and a Certificate of Availability of Funds dated October 2, 2006 issued by Mr. Marcelino C. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance
