RESOLUTION NO. 183
(Series of 2006)

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED BOY SCOUTS OF THE PHILIPPINES (BSP)-JAMES L. GORDON COUNCIL BUILDING AS ONE OF THE PRIORITY PROJECTS OF THE CITY FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2006.


WHEREAS, the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, James L. Gordon Council, Olongapo City passed Resolution No. 005, Series of 2006, entitled “A Resolution Approving The Construction Of The Proposed James L. Gordon Council’s Building Headquarters,” last August 24, 2006;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlungsod deems it proper to approve the proposed construction of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines-James L. Gordon Council’s Building, as one of the priority projects of the city for the Calendar Year 2006;

WHEREAS, BSP-James L. Gordon Council of Olongapo City approved its design for the construction of the proposed James L. Gordon Council’s Building;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Edwin J. Piano and with the majority decision of the Members of Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sanggunian Panlungsod in session assembled, to approve, as it is hereby approves The Proposed Boy Scouts Of The Philippines (BSP)-James L. Gordon Council Building As One Of The Priority Projects Of The City For The Calendar Year 2006.

Let a copy of its Individual Project Program-Of-Works, Cost Estimate and Plan of the proposed BSP Bldg., East Tapinac, this City, in the amount of Five Million Three Hundred Eighty Two Thousand Pesos Eighty Six Pesos and Two Centavos (PhP5,382,086.02), and the

Cont. of Res. No. 183, Series of 2006.

BSP, James L. Gordon Council Resolution No. 005, Series of 2006 be made as integral parts of this Resolution.
