In the interest of public service and on joint motion of Councilor Marey Beth D. Marzan and Councilor Edwin J. Piano, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 32
(Series of 2007)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AN ADDITIONAL AMOUNT OF THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP300,000.00) FOR THE OLONGAPO CITY SKILLS TRAINING PROGRAM

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP300,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance of the General Fund, not otherwise appropriated and the same is hereby made available for the Olongapo City Skills Training Program.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
