In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Marey Beth D. Marzan, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 55
(Series of 2007)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED NINETEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE PESOS AND 50/100 (PHP1,219,375.50) AS PAYMENT FOR THE 5TH AND FINAL PAYMENT OF THE 6,524 SQM PIECE OF LAND LOCATED AT OLD CABALAN (TRANSCON) TO BE TAKEN FROM TRUST FUND (LOT SALES)

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of One Million Two Hundred Nineteen Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Five Pesos and 50/100 (PhP1,219,375.50) is hereby appropriated from Trust Fund (Lot Sales) as payment for the 5th and Final Payment of the 6,524 Sq M. piece of land located at Old Cabalan (Transcon).

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter from the National Development Company and a Certificate of Availability of Funds issued by Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.


SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
