WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution No. 18, Series of 2008 entitled “A Resolution Adopting the Computerization Project of the various Departments of the City;

WHEREAS, Internet Connection to the said computerization projects are essential for the system to be effective and efficient;

WHEREAS, there is a need to appropriate for personal services of employees assigned in Land Security/Development;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Edwin J. Piano, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 33
(Series of 2008)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (PHP165,000.00) FOR PERSONAL SERVICES OF CITY EMPLOYEES ASSIGNED TO LAND SECURITY/DEVELOPMENT AND UNIFIED LAND INFORMATION SYSTEM (ULIS) INTERNET CONNECTION CHARGEABLE AGAINST LOT SALES

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of One Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Pesos (PhP165,000.00) for personal services of city employees assigned to Land Security/Development and Unified Land Information System (ULIS) internet connection chargeable against Lot Sales.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The memorandum of City Planning and Development Officer Marey Beth Marzan, dated 19 May 2008 and a Certificate of Availability of Funds from the City Treasurer Marcelino Andawi dated 29 May 2008 be made as integral parts of this Ordinance.
