RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 70

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF TWENTY TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY TWO THOUSAND FIVE PESOS AND 61/100 (PHP22,552,005.61) FOR THE ITEMS UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR, JAMES L. GORDON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL AND VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS TO BE TAKEN FROM INCREASE IN REVENUE SOURCES

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Twenty-two Million Five Hundred Fifty Two Thousand Five Pesos and 61/100 (PhP22,552,005.61) for the items under the Office of the City Mayor, James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital and Various Departments is hereby appropriated, to wit:

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter-request of the Honorable City Mayor James Gordon Jr., dated 15 December 2008, Local Budget Memorandum from Secretary Rolando G. Andaya, Sr. dated December 11, 2008 shall be made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
