A RESOLUTION CONFERRING THE TITLE “ADOPTED DAUGHTER OF OLONGAPO CITY” TO HON. CARISSA COSCOLLUELA, REPRESENTATIVE, BUHAY PARTYLIST, FOR HER MAGNANIMOUS CONTRIBUTIONS IN THE CITY

WHEREAS, Honorable Ma. Carissa O. Coscolluela, sectoral representative of Buhay Partylist together with Honorable Senator Richard J. Gordon and the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority under the sponsorship of the WOW Card, Incorporated, recently spearheaded a two-day Job Fair at the Subic Bay Exhibition and Convention Center for those who hope for gainful employment in companies and businesses in the freeport zone;

WHEREAS, Congresswoman Coscolluela is also instrumental in infusing funds for the expansion of James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital, skills training & livelihood program as well as the police cars needed by the Olongapo City Police Office;

WHEREAS, known to be an individual that integrates and uses her intellect, passion, commitment, courage and unwavering support while she was still an executive assistant of then SBMA Chairman, Richard J. Gordon, Iyay Coscolluela gained professional accomplishments in her own right and climbed her way up in the House of Representatives;

WHEREAS, with the luring professional environment, needing such caliber as hers, Congresswoman Coscolluela chose to serve the partylist that serves the “masa” and never forgets the robust training ground where she blossomed – Olongapo and SBMA;

WHEREAS, the City is energized and lifted by the committed and principled road she traversed in the name of public service;

NOW, THEREFORE, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to confer, as it hereby confers the title “Adopted Daughter of Olongapo City” to Hon. Carissa Coscoluella, Representative, Buhay Partylist, for her magnanimous contributions in the City.
