A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE GORDON COLLEGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES RESOLUTION NOS. 12 AND 13 SERIES OF 2009

WHEREAS, the Sanggunian Panlungsod deems proper that the following Resolutions entitled;

No. 12 - Resolution Recommending Gordon College To Collect Additional

Miscellaneous Fees;

No. 13 - Resolution Recommending The Hiring Of Mr. Victor C. Quimen Jr., R.N.,

Ph.D As Dean Of The College Of Nursing Effective September 24, 2009.

are necessary for adoption for their immediate action;

WHEREAS, it is indeed necessary to carry out the purposes and functions of the College;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor Jonathan G. Manalo, with unanimous accord of Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled to adopt, as it hereby adopts the Gordon College Board Of Trustees Resolution Nos. 12 and 13, Series of 2009.

Let copies of the said board resolutions be made as integral parts of this resolution.
