WHEREAS, the fund appropriated for the procurement of other service vehicle for the Sangguniang Panlungsod supposedly for the City Vice-Mayor to be taken from the remaining Capital Outlay is still not used;

WHEREAS, the Honorable City Vice-Mayor Cynthia Cajudo requested the Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr. to re-appropriate the said fund for her Terminal Leave;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor Gina G. Perez, with the unanimous accord of the members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 11

(Series of 2010)

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE REVERSION OF FUND AMOUNTING TO SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (PHP742,850.00) FROM THE CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Seven Hundred Forty Two Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Pesos (PhP742,850.00) is hereby reverted from the Capital Outlay Fund of the City Council to the Unappropriated Surplus of the General Fund, to wit:

CAPITAL OUTLAY AMOUNT

Motor Vehicle 742,850.00

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of the Honorable City Vice-Mayor Cynthia G. Cajudo dated June 3, 2010 shall be made as an integral part of this ordinance.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
