RESOLUTION NO. 102

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ACCREDITATION OF OLONGAPO CITY GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE (OCGEMPC) PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT 7160 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE OF THE PHILIPPINES AND ITS IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS

WHEREAS, Olongapo City Government Employees Multi-Purpose Cooperative (OCGEMPC) applied to be accredited by the Sangguniang Panlungsod with accompanying documents such as Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Registration, Annual Accomplishment Reports, Annual Financial Reports, and Organizational Profiles;

WHEREAS, OCGEMPC has the corresponding CDA Registration Number 9520-03009063 issued on March 5, 2010;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor Eyrma Yvette Marzan-Estrella, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

                                                                                                                    

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to approve as it hereby approves the accreditation of Olongapo City Government Employees Multi-Purpose Cooperative (OCGEMPC) pursuant to Republic Act 7160 otherwise known as the Local Government Code of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations.
