A RESOLUTION AUITHORIZING THE CITY MAYOR, HONORABLE ROLEN C. PAULINO TO ENTER INTO AND SIGN AN AGREEMENT WITH THE DEVELOPMENT BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES REPRESENTED BY AM DONNA B. DIWA, ACTING BRANCH HEAD, DBP, SUBIC BAY BRANCH FOR THE INSTALLATION OF AUTOMATED TELLERING MACHINE (ATM)

            WHEREAS, by virtue of Resolution No. 41, Series of 2014, the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Olongapo authorized the City Mayor, Honorable Rolen C. Paulino to enter into and sign a Payroll Servicing Agreement with the Development Bank of the Philippines;

            WHEREAS, in order to expedite the installation of three units of automated teller machines required for the said payroll services, an agreement with the Development Bank of the Philippines, Subic Bay Branch is in order;

            WHEREAS, the  ATM   shall be installed at the following locations:

a.      Lobby of the James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital

b.     Lobby of the City Hall of LGU, Olongapo City

c.     Gordon College

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor Alreuela M. Bundang-Ortiz, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to authorize as it hereby authorizes the City Mayor, Honorable Rolen C. Paulino to enter into and sign an agreement with the Development Bank of the Philippines, respresented by AM Donna B. Diwa, Acting Branch Head, DBP, Subic Bay Branch of the installation of the Automated Tellering Machine (ATM).
