A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MAYOR, ROLEN C. PAULINO

 TO ENTER INTO AND SIGN A DEED OF DONATION AND ACCEPTANCE

 WITH THE UNITED AUCTIONEERS, INC., REPRESENTED BY ITS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER,  DENNIS SYTIN, AS REGARDS TO THE

WHEEL LOADER DONATED BY THE SAID COMPANY

WHEREAS, Olongapo City is still in need of assistance in the dredging and desilting of rivers of the City to prevent flooding and further damage similar to the effect of Typhoon Odette;

WHEREAS, Olongapo recognizes and appreciates its steadfast partnership with the United Auctioneers, Inc in the City’s development thrusts;

WHEREAS,  the United Auctioneers, Inc. Owns one (1) unit of Furukuwa Wheel Loader, Type FL 120, H-3791 with Chassis No. 5315, Bucket size of two (2) cubic meters, for dredging activities/services which they intend to donate, in response to the needs of the times, all for goodwill and fidelity to the people of Olongapo;

WHEREAS, the City of Olongapo expresses its sincerest appreciation and gratitude for the kindness and appreciation to the said company;

 NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor  Emerito Linus D. Bacay, with the unanimous accord of the Members  of the Sanguniang Panlungsod present;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED , by  the Sanguniang Panlungsod in  session assembled, to authorize, as it hereby authorizes the City Mayor, Hon. Rolen  C. Paulino to enter into and sign a Deed of Donation and Acceptance with the United Auctioneers Inc. represented by its Chief Executive Officer,  Dennice Sytin, as regards to the Wheel Loader donated by the said company.
