A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE GORDON COLLEGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES’ RESOLUTION NO. 4, SERIES OF 2015 ENTITLED “A RESOLUTION APPROVING

 THE DONATION OF PhP10,000.00 TO THE SUBIC – OLONGAPO CANCER FOUNDATION INC.”

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of Gordon College passed on January 13, 2015 Board Resolution No. 4, Series of 2015 entitled: “A Resolution Approving the Donation of Php10,000.00 to the Subic – Olongapo Cancer Foundation Inc. (SOCFI);”

WHEREAS, said board resolution was passed in recognition of the contributions to the College of the late Dr. Restituto Acosta, the founding president of the SOCFI, as an active and dynamic member of the Board of Trustees;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlungsod deems it proper that Resolution no. 4, Series of 2015 endorsed by Gordon College Board of Trustees is necessary for adoption pursuant to City Resolution No. 70, Series of 2012;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor Benjamin G. Cajudo II co-sponsored by City Councilor Edna A. Elane, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled to adopt, as it hereby adopts the Gordon College Board of Trustees’ Resolution No. 4, Series of 2015 entitled “A Resolution Approving The Donation of Php10,000.00 To The Subic – Olongapo Cancer Foundation Inc.”

RESOLVED FURTHER, AS IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED, that copy of the Gordon College Board of Trustees’ Resolution No. 4, Series of 2015 be made as an integral part of this Resolution.
