A RESOLUTION CONGRATULATING AND COMMENDING THE OLONGAPO CITY STUDENTS THAT COMPETED AND WON IN THE VARIOUS 2015 INTERNATIONAL MATHEMATICS COMPETITIONS

WHEREAS, the Olongapo City student delegation clinched several awards in the various 2015 International Mathematics Competitions namely: The 2015 Singapore International Mathematical Olympiad Challenge (SIMOC); The 2015 International Mathematics Wizard Challenge (IMWIC) in Hongkong on August 9-12, 2015; The 2015 World Mathematical Invitation in China, on August 8-12, 2015; The 2015 International Mathematics Competition in Singapore on July 31- August 3, 2015 and The 2015 China Primary Mathematics Olympiad on July 27-31, 2015;

WHEREAS, the said International Mathematics Competitions bring together the best and the brightest students from all around the world, setting their minds for a challenge in the spirit of competition;

WHEREAS, the Olongapo student delegation came out successful as their skills and knowledge were tested against international students and brought home several awards in the following International Mathematics Competitions:

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to congratulate and commend as it hereby congratulates and commends the Olongapo City students that competed and won in the various 2015 International Mathematics Competitions.
