A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR ROLEN C. PAULINO TO ENTER INTO, EXECUTE, AND SIGN FOR AND ON BEHALF OF

JAMES L. GORDON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL THE MEMORANDUM OF

AGREEMENT (MOA) WITH CENTRAL LUZON COLLEGE OF SCIENCE

AND TECHNOLOGY (CELTECH COLLEGE), IN A MANNER

CONSISTENT WITH LAW

WHEREAS, Central Luzon College of Science and Technology (CELTECH College), is a duly recognized institution by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA);

WHEREAS, James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital, is a tertiary hospital owned and managed by the City Government of Olongapo, existing pursuant to the laws of the Republic of the Philippines;

WHEREAS, CELTECH College respectfully requests the students of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Caregiver, Nursing Assistant and Midwifery Courses be admitted and allowed to undergo actual training at James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital and thereafter a certification be issued after completion of the required training;

WHEREAS, the agreement shall take effect on June 01, 2015 to June 30, 2017, and is deemed automatically renewed unless revoked jointly in writing by parties justifiable cause;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilors Benjamin G. Cajudo II and Eduardo G. Guerrero, with the unanimous accord of the Member of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to authorize, as it hereby authorizes the Honorable City Mayor Rolen C. Paulino to enter into, execute, and sign for and on behalf of James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital the Memorandum Of Agreement (MOA) with Central Luzon College of Science and Technology (CELTECH College), in a manner consistent with law.
