A RESOLUTION COMMENDING ATHLETES FOR WINNING VARIOUS AWARDS IN BATANG PINOY 2015, HELD LAST JULY 17-22, 2015 AT MALOLOS BULACAN

WHEREAS,  Batang Pinoy 2015  is a yearly competition for the children below 15. Young Athletes from the  City of Olongapo have showed their eagerness to bring pride and honor to this city;

           

WHEREAS, the Office of the Sports and Youth Development led the way  to maintain and ultimately achieve excellent performance in different fields sports;

WHEREAS, in the Batang Pinoy 2015, Luzon Leg Qualifying/National Finals on July 17-22 2015 at Malolos, Bulacan, Olongapo delegates won  in the following sports categories:

WHEREAS, the outstanding performance of these athletes through the help of their coaches deserved to be commended for bringing pride and honor  to the  City of Olongapo;

 NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor Emerito Linus D. Bacay, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to commend as it hereby commends the athletes for winning various awards in Batang Pinoy 2015, held last July 17-22, 2015 at Malolos, Bulacan.

Let copies of this resolution be furnished the Department of  Education,  Olongapo City and the City Sports Office.
