In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Gregorio A. Manglicmot, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Paplungsod present,

RESOL VED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 113 (Series of 2003)

AN ORDINANCE ADVANCING THE AMOUNT OF TWO MILLION SIX HUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (PHP2,612,500.00) FOR THE PURCHASE OF NEW X-RAY TUBE OF THE CT-SCAN MACHINE AT THE JAMES L. GORDON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Two Million Six Hundred Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (phP2,612,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance of the General Fund, not otherwise appropriated and the same is hereby made available as advances to the Revenue Generating Hospital Equipment Account under the Trust Fund Books for the purchase of new x-ray tube of the CT -SCAN Machine at the James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital and shall be repaid back to the Unappropriated Balance of the General Fund, once funds are already available at the Revenue Generating Hospital Equipment Account under the Trust Fund Books.

SECTION 2. This appropnation Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of Honorable City Mayor Katherine H. Gordon, dated September 26, 2003, and the Certificate of Availability of Funds dated October 01, 2003 issued by Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.
