RESOLUTION NO. 113
(Series of 2005)


A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE NEGOTIATED CONTRACT ENTERED INTO BETWEEN THE CITY OF OLONGAPO AND HAIDEE CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR THE BOARDWALK PROJECT AT VOLUNTEERS PARK, BARANGAY ASINAN


WHEREAS, the City endeavors that its eco-tourism strategies such as the Boardwalk Project at Volunteers park, Barangay Asinan, right at the heart of the business triad, Rizal Avenue - Magsaysay Drive - Gordon Avenue, will empower the business climate of the City;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlungsod deems that the negotiated contract entered into by the City for the construction of the said Boardwalk at the Volunteers Park, Barangay Asinan is beneficial for the City;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo, sponsored by Councilors Bella P. Asuncion, Marey Beth D. Marzan, Angelina B. Andrada, Anselmo A. Aquino, Edwin J. Piano, Gina G. Perez, Napoleon F. Capistrano and Robine Rose C. Buenafe with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to ratify, as it hereby ratifies the negotiated contract entered into between the City of Olongapo and HAIDEE Construction and Development Corporation for the Boardwalk Project , Volunteers Park, Barangay Asinan.

RESOLVED FURTHER, AS IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of the signed negotiated contract be made as integral part of this Resolution.
