RESOLUTION NO. 155

A RESOLUTION SUPERSEDING RESOLUTION NO. 64, SERIES OF 2006 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) WITH SAMAHANG UGNAYAN SA GAWAING PAMPAMAYANAN SA OLONGAPO (SUGPO) REPRESENTED BY
MS. VIRGINIA BITANGCOL REGARDING THE OPERATION
OF A SOUVENIR SHOP


WHEREAS, the Samahang Ugnayan sa Gawaing Pampamayanan sa Olongapo (SUGPO), is a non-governmental organization based in Olongapo City tasked to organize the citizenry through empowerment and advocate urban poor concerns;

WHEREAS, the souvenir shop is the showcase of locally made products operating within the confines of the Olongapo City Hall which is accessible to visitors;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo with the majority decision of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to supersede as it hereby supersedes Resolution No. 64, Series of 2006 and authorize, as it hereby authorizes the City Mayor to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Samahang Ugnayan sa Gawaing Pampamayanan sa Olongapo (SUGPO) represented by Ms. Virginia Bitangcol regarding the operation of a souvenir shop.
