RESOLUTION NO. 148

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MAYOR JAMES GORDON, JR. TO ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE OLONGAPO CITY BUSINESS CLUB, INC. REPRESENTED BY ITS PRESIDENT
MR. SAMUEL DEL ROSARIO


WHEREAS, the Olongapo City Business Club, Inc. expressed the desire to enliven the economy of the City through tourism activities;

WHEREAS, the City recognizes the role of the businessmen in helping put into proper perspective the tourism activities as planned;

NOW, THEREFORE, on joint motion of Councilors Marey Beth D. Marzan, Brian Patrick H. Gordon and Gina G. Perez, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to authorize, as it hereby authorizes the City Mayor James Gordon, Jr. to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Olongapo City Business Club, Inc. represented by its President Mr. Samuel del Rosario.

Let a copy of the Memorandum of Agreement be attached to this Resolution.
