In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:


ORDINANCE NO. 60
(Series of 2006)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF FIFTY THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED PESOS (PHP50,400.00) FOR PAYMENT OF PUBLICATION
EXPENSE OF THE OFFICE OF THE CITY COUNCIL

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Fifty Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (PhP50,400.00) is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance of the General Fund not otherwise appropriated and the same is hereby made available to the item Advertising Expense under Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses for payment of publication of Quarrying Ordinance of the Sangguniang Panlungsod.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter-request of the Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr., dated 31 October 2006, letter of Honorable Edwin J. Piano, City Councilor dated 13 October 2006 and a Certificate of Availability of Funds dated November 08, 2006 issued by Mr. Marcelino C. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance
