A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) WITH THE BALIKATAN LADIES
OF OLONGAPO MOVEMENT (BLOOM) EMISSION TESTING CENTER


WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlungsod approved a Resolution Creating A Project To Alleviate Poverty In The Transport Sector By Giving A Uniform Php50.00 Discount To All PUVs Duly Accredited By The City Which Shall Undergo Emission Test At The Balikatan Ladies Of Olongapo Movement (BLOOM) Emission Testing Center;

WHEREAS, the same body deems it proper to authorize the City Mayor to enter into a MOA with BLOOM regarding a project to alleviate poverty in the transport sector;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to authorize, as it hereby authorizes the City Mayor To Enter Into A Memorandum Of Agreement (MOA) With The Balikatan Ladies Of Olongapo Movement (BLOOM) Emission Testing Center
