RESOLUTION NO. 25
(Series of 2007)

A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE COMMITTEE REPORT ON EDUCATION REGARDING GORDON COLLEGE’S BOARD OF TRUSTEES APPROVED RESOLUTIONS & AGENDA OF THE MEETINGS FOR THE YEAR 2006


WHEREAS, as per Ordinance No. 36, Series of 2004, one of the duties of the Board of Trustees of the Gordon College is to file with the City Council an annual detailed report setting forth the progress, conditions and the needs of the College;

WHEREAS, the Committee Report on Education regarding Gordon College’s Board of Trustees approved Resolutions and the Agenda of the meetings for the year 2006 by Councilor Marey Beth D. Marzan was forwarded to the Sangguniang Panlungsod for adoption;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Marey Beth D. Marzan, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled to adopt, as it hereby adopts the Committee Report on Education regarding Gordon College’s Board of Trustees approved Resolutions & Agenda of the Meetings for the Year 2006.

Let copies of the Committee Report and the 23 resolutions be made as integral parts of this Resolution.
