RESOLUTION NO. 150

A RESOLUTION EXTENDING SYMPATHIES AND CONDOLENCES TO THE BEREAVED FAMILY OF THE LATE OIC BARANGAY CAPT. RIZALITO EBUEN EDUSADA OF BARANGAY EAST TAPINAC (1986-1989)

WHEREAS, the late OIC Brgy. Capt. Rizalito Ebuen Edusada, born on July 27, 1935 returned to our creator on September 15, 2008 at the age 73;

WHEREAS, by virtue of the Memorandum released by the Ministry of Local Government signed by its Minister Aquilino Q. Pimentel, Jr. on October 9, 1986, Mr. Edusada was designated officer-in-charge to maneuver and lead Barangay East Tapinac, during the heights of EDSA Revolution in 1986;

WHEREAS, he strived to eradicate gang wars and the menace of drugs during his time, by encouraging constituents to do meaningful and productive undertakings;

WHEREAS, Mr. Edusada was a simple guy and was known as “mabait, marunong makisama at mayaman sa kaibigan.”

NOW, THEREFORE, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to extend, as it hereby extends sympathies and condolences to the bereaved family of the late OIC Brgy. Capt. Rizalito Ebuen Edusada of Barangay East Tapinac (1986-1989).
