WHEREAS, the integration of dental services with other allied health agencies for dental health activities was named as one of the functions of the said Dental Health Services Division, to operationalize the said division and augment administrative cost pertinent to its ever expanding public service base;

WHEREAS, barangay constituents who will be certified as ingredients by the Barangay Captains and the City Social Welfare Development Officer (CSWDO) will be accorded free of charge for any dental services;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor Edna A. Elane, with the unanimous accord of the members of Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR THE DENTAL SERVICES DIVISION

BE OBTAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1.Fees for the following types of dental services are hereby set and approved:

SERVICE TYPE SERVICE FEE

Tooth Extraction PhP 100.00

Oral Prophylaxis (O.P) 200.00

Tooth Filling (temporary) 150.00

Tooth Filling (permanent per tooth) 250.00

Dental X-ray 200.00

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after posting for 15 days in 3 conspicuous areas around the City Hall.
