A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ACCREDITATION OF GRAND PHOTOGRAPHERS ASSOCIATION-OLONGAPO CITY GROUP, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT 7160 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE OF THE PHILIPPINES AND ITS IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS

WHEREAS, Grand Photographers Association-Olongapo City Group, Inc. applied to be accredited by the Sangguniang Panlungsod with the accompanying documents such as SEC Registration. Minutes of the Meeting of the Board of Directors/Trustees and Members on September 3, 2012 and Resolution Nos. 001, 002-08 and 004-09-03, all Series of 2012;

WHEREAS, Grand Photographers Association-Olongapo City Group, Inc. has the corresponding SEC Certificate of Registration Number and Date of Issuance:

Date of Issuance – June 5, 2012

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor Eyrma Yvette Marzan-Estrella, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to approve as it hereby approves, the accreditation of Grand Photographers Association-Olongapo City Group, Inc. pursuant to Republic Act 7160 otherwise known as the Local Government Code of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations;
