A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ACCREDITATION OF OLONGAPO CONSUMER AFFAIRS COUNCIL PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT 7160 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE OF THE PHILIPPINES AND ITS IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS

WHEREAS, Olongapo Consumer Affairs Council applied to be accredited by the Sangguniang Panlungsod with accompanying documents such as Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Accreditation, Annual Accomplishment Reports, Annual Financial Reports, and Organizational Profiles;

WHEREAS, Olongapo Consumer Affairs Council has the corresponding DTI Accreditation Number III-11-001 (R) issued on July 6, 2011;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor Eyrma Yvette Marzan-Estrella, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

                                                                                                                    

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to approve as it hereby approves the accreditation of Olongapo Consumer Affairs Council pursuant to Republic Act 7160 otherwise known as the Local Government Code of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations.
