A RESOLUTION CONGRATULATING AND COMMENDING GORDON COLLEGE – COLLEGE OF BUSINESS AND ACCOUNTANCY WHICH RANKED 2^ND IN THE PERFORMANCE OF SCHOOLS FOR THE NOVEMBER 2014 CUSTOMS

BROKER LICENSURE EXAMINATION

WHEREAS, results of the Customs Broker Licensure Examination given on November 10-11, 2014 in Manila was released on November 14, 2014;

WHEREAS, with the national passing rate of 43.51%, Gordon College earned a passing rate of 87.10% and ranked 2^nd among the 66 schools;

WHEREAS, a total of 27 out of 31 students passed the said licensure examination, 26 of them are first time board takers;

WHEREAS, the outstanding performance of Gordon College – College of Business and Accountancy deserves to be commended and congratulated for the pride and honor they have brought to our City;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor Benjamin G. Cajudo II, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to congratulate and commend, as it hereby congratulates and commends Gordon College – College Of Business and Accountancy which ranked 2^nd in the November 2014 Customs Broker Licensure Examination.
