A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO AND SIGNED BY CITY MAYOR, HONORABLE ROLEN C. PAULINO WITH BEZ FINDS EXHIBIT, REPRESENTED BY ITS AGENT, MR. SONNY BOY M. BAYANTOL, REGARDING THE CONDUCT OF THE CHRISTMAS BAZAAR

            WHEREAS, Olongapo City acknowledges that the Christmas Bazaar is one of the creative ways of promoting the City’s business and tourism endeavors and an effective way to generate funds for worthwhile causes;

            WHEREAS, with the Four Million Pesos (PhP4,000,000.00) proceed from the Christmas Bazaar, duly paid by the organizer, the City Government indeed trusts that this venture will surely provide benefits for the Olongapeños as a whole;

            WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlungsod deems to ratify the Memorandum of Agreement signed and entered into with BEZ FINDS EXHIBIT;

            NOW, THEREORE, on motion of City Councilor Alreuela M. Bundang,-Ortiz, with the majority decision of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

            RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to ratify, as it hereby ratifies, the Memorandum of Agreement entered into and signed by City Mayor, Honorable Rolen C. Paulino with BEZ  FINDS EXHIBIT, represented by its agent, Mr. Sonny Boy M. Bayantol regarding the conduct of the Christmas Bazaar.

            Let a copy of the said Memorandum of Agreement be made as  integral part of this Resolution.
