A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MAYOR, HONORABLE ROLEN C. PAULINO TO ENTER INTO AND SIGN THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT, FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE JAMES L. GORDON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL WITH TRIOMEDICS DISTRIBUTOR CORPORATION RELATIVE TO THE OUTSOURCE OPERATION OF THE PULMONARY DIVISION OF THE JLGMH

            WHEREAS, the members of the Special Prequalification, Bids and Awards Committee unanimously recommended that it is advantageous for the City to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Triomedics Distributor Corporation for the outsource operation  of the James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital Pulmonary Division;

            WHEREAS, with the attached assessment, it is deemed that an  agreement be forged for the swift implementation of the same;

            NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor Eduardo G. Guerrero co-sponsored by City Councilor Edna A. Elane, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

            RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED,, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled to authorize, as it hereby authorizes the City Mayor, Honorable Rolen C. Paulino to enter into and sign the Memorandum of Agreement for  and on behalf of the James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital with Triomedics Distributor Corporation relative to the outsource operation of the Pulmonary Division of the James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital.
