A RESOLUTION CONGRATULATING AND COMMENDING MR. JAMES ALBERT RIVERA BERNAS AND MS. JEANILYN LADRIDO PONSECA WHO BOTH RANKED 10^TH PLACERS  IN THE NOVEMBER 2014 CUSTOMS BROKER LICENSURE EXAMINATION

WHEREAS, results of the Customs Broker Licensure Examination given on November 10-11, 2014 in Manila was released on November 14, 2014;

WHEREAS, James Albert Rivera Bernas and Jeanilyn Ladrido Ponseca of Gordon College ranked 10^th placers, from among 1,480 who took the licensure examination and both took are diligent college students of Gordon College from school year 2010 upto 2014;

WHEREAS, James Albert Rivera Bernas is the son of Mr. Samuel A. Bernas and Mrs. Nora A. Bernas of Barangay Linasin, San Marcelino, Zambales;

WHEREAS, Jeanilyn Ladrido Ponseca is the daughter of Mr. Rolando Ponseca and Mrs. Magdalena Ponseca of San Agustin, Castillejos, Zambales;

WHEREAS, the outstanding performance of the James Albert Rivera Bernas and Jeanilyn Ladrido Ponseca deserve to be commended and congratulated for the pride and honor they have brought to our City;

NOW, THEREFORE, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to congratulate and commend, as it hereby congratulates and commends  Mr. James Albert Rivera Bernas and Ms. Jeanilyn Ladrido Ponseca who both ranked 10^th placers  in the November 2014 Customs Broker Licensure Examination.
