A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING DEEPEST SYMPATHIES AND CONDOLENCES

TO THE  BEREAVED FAMILY OF DR. RESTITUTO B. ACOSTA

WHEREAS, Dr. Restituto B. Acosta, a pioneer medical specialist in the field of Dermatology in the City of Olongapo, peacefully joined our Creator on December 23, 2014 at the age of 63;

WHEREAS, Dr. Acosta was a well respected and a distinguished Dermatologist in his successful private practice, a long-time medical consultant of the James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital, Department of Internal Medicine- Dermatologist Section and was a member of Gordon College Board of Trustees for eight (8) years since June 13, 2006;

WHEREAS, Dr. Acosta or Kuya Resty was born on May 27, 1958 at Labrador, Pangasinan. He was a loving husband, a great provider and a responsible father to his three  (3) children as well as a true and genuine friend to many;

WHEREAS, the Gordon College family, the James L.  Gordon Memorial Hospital family and the entire City in general will truly miss his presence and consider his passing as losing a leader and an unconventional decision maker who shared valuable opinions and assessments;

NOW, THEREFORE, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod presents;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to express as it hereby expresses deepest sympathies and condolences to the bereaved family of Dr. Restituto B. Acosta.
