RESOLUTION NO. 08

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CLOSURE OF DORMANT ACCOUNTS UNDER ISF AND ECCD FUND ACCOUNTS OF THE OLONGAPO CITY GOVERNMENT WITH THE DEVELOPMENT BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (DBP), SUBIC BAY FREEPORT ZONE BRANCH

            WHEREAS, the City Government deemed that the Innovation Support Fund (ISF) and the Early Childhood Care Development (ECCD) Fund account, both classified as dormant be closed;

            WHEREAS, the closure of the said accounts with Development Bank of the Philippines, Subic Bay Freeport Zone Branch shall be made, since this will become a non-operational bank account of the said agency which requires immediate effect;

            NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor Elena C. Dabu, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

            RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled to authorize, as it hereby authorizes the closure of dormant accounts under ISF and ECCD Fund  accounts of the Olongapo City Government with the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP), Subic Bay Freeport Zone Branch.

            Let  a copy of this Resolution be furnished the Development Bank of the Philippines, Subic Bay Freeport Zone Branch for their information and record.
