A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MAYOR, HONORABLE ROLEN C. PAULINO TO ENTER INTO AND SIGN THE DEED OF DONATION WITH THE PHILIPPINE AMUSEMENT AND GAMING CORPORATION (PAGCOR) WITH

 REGARD TO THE  ONE (1)  UNIT OF FORTY-FOOTER CONTAINER VAN

DONATED BY THE AFORESAID COMPANY

            WHEREAS, the City gladly welcomes and appreciates the donation from one of its staunch community partners, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).  The said forty-footer container van will indeed help augment the growing need to optimize and deliver a variety of social services redounding to the greater benefit of the people of Olongapo;

            WHEREAS, PAGCOR owns one (1) unit of forty-footer container van, which can be utilized as an office space, training room among others, which they intend to donate, in response to the needs of the times, all for goodwill and fidelity to the people of Olongapo;

            NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor Emerito Linus D. Bacay, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

            RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED,  by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assemble, to authorize, as it hereby authorizes the City Mayor, Honorable Rolen C. Paulino to enter into and sign the Deed of Donation with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) with regard to the one (1) unit of forty-footer container van donated by the aforesaid company.
