A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING MOST PROFOUND SORROW AND EXTENDING

 DEEPEST CONDOLENCES TO THE BEREAVED FAMILY OF THE LATE

 DR. FE EVANGELINE ELA-LIM

WHEREAS, Dr. Fe Evangeline Ela-Lim, M.D., peacefully joined our Creator on April 26, 2015 at the age of 57;

WHEREAS, “Dra. Lim”, as she is known to many, has committed herself to community service by rendering professional services to many of the Barangay Health Centers in Olongapo City as an Obstetrician-Gynecologist  at the City Health Department for eight (8) years, since 01 December 2007;

WHEREAS, she worked as a Rural Health Physician of Barangay Kalalake Health Center and was an active member of the Olongapo City Medical Society. As a Rural Health Physician, she has shown genuine concern for her patients, gaining the respect and administration of her colleagues, as well as the people whom she has served with utmost patience and dedication;  

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlungsod shares the grief of the Lim family for having lost a remarkable woman, a mother, a physician and a friend;

NOW, THEREFORE, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled to express as it hereby expresses its most profound sorrow and extends deepest condolences to the bereaved family of the late Dr. Fe Evangeline Ela-Lim.                                      

  

Let a copy of this resolution be furnished to the family of Dr. Fe Evangeline Ela-Lim and Barangay New Kalalake for their information.
