A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE GORDON COLLEGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES RESOLUTION NO. 7, SERIES OF 2015 ENTITLED “A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING

DR. GERALD S. BERNAL, AS NEW MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

OF GORDON COLLEGE”

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of Gordon College passed on May 15, 2015 Board Resolution No. 7, Series of 2015 entitled: “A Resolution Accepting Dr. Gerald S. Bernal, as a New Member of the Board of Trustees of Gordon College”;

WHEREAS, Dr. Gerald S. Bernal was accepted to be one of the Members of Gordon College–Board of Trustees in replacement to the vacant position of the late BOT Member Dr. Restituto Acosta;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlungsod deems it proper that Resolution No. 2, Series of 2015 endorsed by Gordon College Board of Trustees approved on May 15, 2015 pursuant to City Resolution No. 70, Series of 2012 is necessary for adoption;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor Benjamin G. Cajudo II co-sponsored by City Councilor Edna A. Elane, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled to adopt, as it hereby adopts the Gordon College Board of Trustees Resolution No. 7, Series of 2015 entitled: “A Resolution Accepting Dr. Gerald S. Bernal, As New Member of the Board of Trustees of Gordon College”

 RESOLVED FURTHER, AS IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED, that copy of the Gordon College Board of Trustees Resolution No. 7, Series of 2015 be made as integral parts of this Resolution.
